Thanks for visiting and welcome to How to Retire in 12 Months!

My 12 month retirement adventure started on December 12, 2009. I wanted to create a regular sustainable income that I could maintain from anywhere in the world, working less than one day a week and I gave myself 12 months to create it.

It’s not about amassing great wealth (although I will not complain if that happens!) it is about creating a business that gives me financial sustainability so that I can pursue endeavours that do not traditionally provide income, like travel, community work and the plethora of other things I am interested in.

The results have absolutely blown me away! My life has completely changed as a result, and I am keen to share what I have learned!

If you are looking for a get rich quick scheme I am afraid you are going to be disappointed, I really have worked very hard to get to this point! It is possible however, for anyone passionate enough to have the same success I have had and so I share everything I have learned along the way.
